Coffee or tea?

Tea34%

Both are extremely popular across the world, just as both have more health benefits than you might expect — but you can only pick one.

Like a lot of such questions, this one might depend at least in part on where you live. Tea is a way of life in countries like Turkey, the United Kingdom, and Iran, whereas a good old-fashioned cup of joe tends to be the preferred way of starting one’s day in America. There are countless exceptions, of course, with some depending on the faster jolt of caffeine provided by coffee to wake up in the morning and others preferring to ease into things with a relatively mild cup of tea. Tea is also a bit more versatile, as it comes in sleepy-time varieties that help you fall asleep; many folks can’t drink coffee in the afternoon without having trouble falling asleep, on the other hand.
