If you’re all about efficiency, there are few better ways to multitask in the morning. Some still prefer brushing the old-fashioned way, as the bathroom sink has a mirror and the shower does not; moreover, rinsing your mouth out with warm water takes some getting used to. (So does leaving your toothbrush and toothpaste in the shower, for that matter.) If you’re unbothered by that, making the shower a one-stop shop is a highly convenient way of starting your morning — even if you have to brush your teeth the normal way at night.
