And while the prospect of another journey around the sun tends to be more exciting in our younger years than it does when we’ve been around for a bit longer, a new year can’t help feeling like a fresh start. You don’t have to make resolutions or go party to get into the spirit; for many, simply watching the ball drop on TV is enough.
