Few things have a greater impact on our daily well-being than whether or not we get a restful night’s sleep, and a good pillow makes all the difference.
Everyone has their own preferences, of course, with some requiring more neck support while getting their eight hours and others going for the softest one they can find; some people don’t sleep with a pillow at all. The fact that different experts seem to offer differing advice suggests that there’s no one-size-fits-all solution, however much we might like there to be. For now, we’ll just have to keep experimenting until we all find the perfect pillow.
