Some people can’t get their day started without a cup of joe. Others can’t stop at just one.
After a certain point, it isn’t even just the caffeine that makes a difference — it’s the routine, even ritual, aspect of starting your morning the same way every day. Others don’t drink coffee at all, whether because caffeine doesn’t have a strong effect on them or they simply never developed the habit, preferring to wake up without the assistance of a stimulant. There’s nothing wrong with that, of course, though studies suggest that moderate coffee intake is actually quite good for you.
