Jeans are more durable than most clothes, but they still need to be washed sometimes. How often do you clean yours?
If you wear them every day, that obviously necessitates the need for more frequent washing — as do heavy-duty jobs like construction or anything else outdoors. Even so, jeans are so resilient that they can appear perfectly clean even when they’re probably not, which makes it difficult to prioritize them. Perhaps it’s best to err on the side of caution and wash them slightly more frequently than you think you need to. There’s also an argument for beating up your jeans to gain a specific well-worn look, which means the washer is impeding your progress.
