Dentists are quick to remind us that we should do it every day, but how many of us actually do?
If you aren’t the most frequent flosser, you’ve likely tried to make up for it by being diligent in the week or so before your next professional cleaning, lest you feel the cold sting of your dental hygienist’s judgment (to say nothing of their sharp instruments), but that never quite seems to work. Others are quite consistent about it, having successfully worked flossing into their daily routine because they’ve realized the grandest dental truth of them all: The more often you floss, the easier it is to keep flossing.
