Showing your kids affection is the most natural thing in the world, but some forms can be a bit much.

For while hugs and forehead kisses won’t raise any eyebrows, seeing someone kiss their children on the mouth causes some folks to take pause. It can seem like something both parent and child should have grown out of fairly early on, the kind of thing it’s weird to witness. How people raise their children is their own business — within reason, of course — but this one may never stop being weird for some people.
