Milk chocolate is the standard for most confections, especially candy bars, whereas dark is more of an acquired taste — but those who like it tend to love it. Then there’s white chocolate, which isn’t technically chocolate but still tastes amazing when it’s covering a pretzel. All have their merits, which is what makes choosing so difficult.
