No one likes having their meal interrupted by a rowdy moppet’s antics, but does that mean nicer eateries should be able to ban them altogether?
Plenty of other establishments do — bars and R-rated movies, for instance — and it’s not like there’s a shortage of kid-friendly places to eat. Even so, some parents might be disappointed to see that their favorite restaurant is now a child-free zone, especially if they don’t have a babysitter on call.
