Most countries already do this. Should America join them?

It’s doubtful that anyone actually enjoys figuring out exactly how much something with a listed price of $24.99 will actually cost once the tax is included, especially those of us who still carry cash — the final figure never ends up being easy to provide exact change for. Even so, some Americans like doing things differently from the rest of the world just for the sake of it, and what if companies used this as an excuse to subtly jack up prices again? Maybe the devil you know is better than the devil you don’t.
